Job summary

IKEA Poland, Poznań-based Ingka Business Service Center, is hiring for a Junior Specialist in People & Culture and Payroll. You will process HR and payroll tasks for IKEA Co-workers in Hungary, answer colleagues' questions via email and phone, and support ongoing HR activities.

You will work with your Buddy and Team Leaders to learn IKEA's culture and values. The role emphasizes language skills, collaboration, and reliability, with a flexible, mostly remote setup and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English is required or highly valued.
• Background in People & Culture, payroll, or Hungarian philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel, are important.

Responsibilities

• Process HR/Payroll tasks for IKEA Co-workers in Hungary and regional units.
• Respond to colleagues' HR questions via email/phone and protect personal data.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Deputies and Buddy during onboarding.
• Use Excel to extract reports and compile data for discussions.
• Engage with the helpline to support Co-workers and ensure smooth processes.
