Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Denmark Co-workers
• Answer colleagues’ HR/admin questions via email and phone
• Maintain accurate personal data and support onboarding
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Buddies during onboarding
• Participate in daily MS Office-based tasks and reporting
• Engage in training on cultural differences and company systems
• Support with the helpline and internal communications
• Contribute to a stable, supportive team environment
