Wirex is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to architect and execute growth for Wirex Business and Wirex BaaS, reshaping how enterprises manage treasury and embed financial services. You will co-own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market with the CMO and stakeholders, driving awareness and adoption.

As part of a distributed team, you’ll build demand engines beyond paid media, translate cryptographic concepts into business value, and deliver high-impact content and partner enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B growth or product marketing (Fintech/SaaS/Web3 preferred).
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, blockchain, treasury implications, and regulations.
• Proven ability to tie marketing activity to pipeline, ROI, and MQLs.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with budget-conscious experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for B2B products.
• Develop demand engines beyond paid media using whitepapers, case studies, and events.
• Translate blockchain concepts into clear business outcomes for executives.
• Create high-impact content: briefs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
• Develop marketing toolkits for BaaS partners to accelerate adoption.
