• 3+ years in B2B marketing or community roles.
• Proven ability to grow channels and communities.
• Strong English writing and communication.
• Hands-on creating and shipping: content, case studies, newsletters, social posts.
• Data-minded: set goals and measure results.
• Experience organizing events (meetups, workshops, conferences).
• Ability to manage subcontractors and budgets.
• AI-assisted content workflows familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own tonik's social channels end-to-end: content plan, writing, publishing, results.
• Grow presence among US founders and investors via X/LinkedIn.
• Own Poland events: tonik Design Academy and tonik Design Meetup, plus new ideas.
• Support founder-facing events abroad (e.g., Tech Week in SF).
• Turn work into stories: case studies, client wins, behind-the-scenes and voices with designers/leaders.
• Make tonik attractive to top talent through compelling messaging and outcomes.
• Set goals, track reach/engagement/community growth/event turnout, optimize accordingly.
• Experiment with new formats, channels, and AI-powered workflows.
