Job summary

Rayda seeks a seasoned vendor management professional to build and optimize a global network of IT hardware and service partners. This remote role focuses on expanding Rayda's vendor coverage across Asian markets, negotiating terms and maintaining strong partner relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure procurement, deployment and lifecycle support align with Rayda's expansion goals. Fluency in coordinating across multiple countries is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations or business development.
• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating and onboarding third party vendors or service providers.
• Experience building or expanding vendor networks across multiple markets.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand Rayda's network of qualified vendors across Asian markets.
• Research and identify IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage and device lifecycle partners.
• Develop a structured pipeline of potential vendors across priority Asian countries.
• Assess vendors based on capability, pricing, service quality and reliability.
• Lead vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain relationships with active vendors and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfill procurement, deployment, recovery and other customer requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels, pricing and customer experience.
• Identify gaps in Rayda's vendor coverage and expand into new Asian markets.
