Job summary

Rayda is seeking a vendor management professional to build and expand its network of IT hardware and services partners across Europe. This remote role offers significant ownership as you identify, onboard and manage vendors to support Rayda's asset lifecycle operations.

You will negotiate pricing, SLAs and terms, evaluate vendors on capability and reliability, collaborate with teams across multiple countries, and help Rayda scale its European footprint.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2–5 years in vendor management, procurement, or logistics.
• Proven experience sourcing and onboarding third-party vendors or providers.
• Experience expanding vendor networks across multiple markets.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently across several countries and stakeholders.
• IT hardware, logistics or device lifecycle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand Rayda's vendor network across European markets.
• Research and identify IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage partners.
• Develop a pipeline of vendors in priority European countries.
• Assess vendors on capability, pricing, quality and reliability.
• Lead vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with active vendors.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, recovery and repair with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and customer experience.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions as Rayda expands into new markets.
