Job summary

Rayda is seeking a senior compliance and risk leader for a remote, globally focused role. You will design and operate the company’s compliance and risk management framework across internal operations and external vendors, including due diligence, risk classifications and remediation.

You will maintain registers and calendars, monitor controls, support information security and privacy compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and report status to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk, internal audit or related fields.
• Experience designing or operating compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with third party/vendor due diligence and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and risk management framework across internal operations and third party vendors.
• Build and manage vendor risk management programme, including risk classification and due diligence.
• Maintain compliance/register/risk register and compliance calendar with clear owners.
