Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking an Application Analyst to provide technical support for a product vertical. You will handle ticket creation and resolution, update records in Salesforce, and communicate with clients to ensure service levels are met.

The role requires SQL familiarity, strong customer focus, and ability to work on rotational shifts. You will report to the Manager of Product Support and work within rotational schedules including nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• Customer support experience with clients via phone and email.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Experience with SQL applications and basic queries.
• Familiarity with Windows platform and server environments.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL tools to run basic queries and diagnose issues.
• Respond to client questions and requests daily.
• Develop product knowledge and share insights with customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain accurate ticket records in Salesforce and meet SLAs.
