Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to provide technical support for a product vertical, diagnosing, repairing, and debugging software and networks. You will handle tickets, use Salesforce, and communicate with customers daily.

The role requires SQL and Windows experience, willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends, and the ability to document activities and meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a technical support role.
• Ability to understand and meet client expectations.
• Experience supporting clients as a primary contact via phone and email.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with software and networks.
• Experience with SQL and Windows platforms.
• Willingness to travel about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL tools to run basic queries.
• Respond to client questions and requests daily.
• Develop product knowledge and share with customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot incidents.
