Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to provide technical support for a product vertical, diagnosing and resolving issues while maintaining ticket records in Salesforce. You will interact with clients by phone and email and build deep product, SQL, network, and server knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience across phone and email.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
• SQL and Windows platform knowledge.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL tools to run basic queries.
• Respond to client questions daily by phone and email.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce and track tickets.
