Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to provide technical support for its product vertical, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software and networked system issues. You will maintain Salesforce records, respond to clients within SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires rotating shifts (including nights and weekends), SQL query work, and up to 10% travel. Excellent customer service and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software or network issues.
• Experience using SQL applications and tools to run basic queries.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical customers.

Responsibilities
