Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing financial transactions between JLL and external suppliers, including processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Assisting with critical month-end and period-end closing procedures, essential for accurate financial reporting.
• Overseeing monthly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks for proper financial record-keeping.
• Assist with records reconciliation to ensure accuracy across systems and accounts.
• Provide timely support for financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
