Job summary

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of accounting or finance experience, Big4 or mix
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of foreign currency transactions
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-driven
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of standard reports and quarterly reporting packages
  • Review monthly accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliations
  • Cooperate with tax advisors and auditors during annual tax return preparation and financial audits
  • Support reporting under both US GAAP and local accounting standards
  • Calculate monthly revenue allocations and adjustments per fund agreements
  • Prepare quarterly true-ups and coordinate settlements between funds and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and ad-hoc management information
  • Support senior management and other departments with various financial requests
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related processes and projects

Job description

support the preparation of standard reports and analyses for quarterly reporting packages,

review monthly accounting processes, including month-end close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions,

review allocation schedules and ensure the accuracy of financial settlements,

cooperate with external tax advisors and auditors during annual tax return preparation and financial audits,

support reporting under both US GAAP and local accounting standards ,

calculate monthly revenue allocations and adjustments in line with the current fund agreements,

prepare quarterly true-ups and coordinate the settlement of outstanding balances between funds and the Accounts Receivable team,

prepare financial analyses, reports, and ad-hoc management information,

support senior management and other departments with various financial and accounting requests,

cooperate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related processes and projects.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance, gained in an accounting firm, Big 4 environment, or a combination of public and in-house accounting,
  • strong analytical and communication skills,
  • good understanding of foreign currency transactions,
  • practical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP ,
  • ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
  • excellent organizational skills and a self-driven approach,
  • strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
