Job summary

OPmobility in Kraków, Poland is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will recruit across Central Europe with a focus on the German market, supporting engineering, production, and corporate roles in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via multiple channels, and manage pipelines with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Central Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, production, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and universities to build talent pools.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics (experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday preferred).
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and industry events.
