Job summary

KONE seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Eastern Europe & Mediterranean, mainly Poland, with maternity cover. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar to director roles, support employer branding, and work closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Fluency in Polish and English is required; Ukrainian is a plus. Hybrid work model and collaboration with international teams are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing recruitment across multiple levels (white- and blue-collar).
• Fluent Polish and English; Ukrainian a plus.
• Technical industry experience and strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities across blue-collar, specialist, managerial and director levels.
• Handle full end-to-end recruitment processes and select appropriate tools and strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives in the region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure outstanding candidate experience.
• Build talent pools for critical roles and projects.
• Ensure efficient, engaging recruitment processes using external tools.
• Partner with schools/universities for internships and trainee programs.
