• Lead and develop the TA team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and allocate resources.
• Ensure robust talent sourcing and pipelines with targets for quality, cost, and timeliness.
• Embed governance, controls, and compliance standards, monitor risks and take corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and digital enablement in TA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and policies.
