Job summary

You will build deep networks and create sustainable talent pipelines for critical roles. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and strategic engineering positions, translating complex requirements into sourcing strategies, and partnering with senior leaders to align talent

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Fluent in English; German language is a strong advantage.
• Experience operating in international, matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D profiles and other strategic engineering and operational positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies and provide talent intelligence on market dynamics and trends.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Partner with the business on workforce planning and alignment with project demands.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and industry events to attract top technical talent.
