Job summary

DESOTEC is an international environmental services company providing sustainable mobile filtration solutions for liquids and gases. We seek a driven Sales Hunter based in Poland to generate new business in the region, travel regularly, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.

You’ll engage with prospects across biogas, chemicals, water treatment and environmental sectors, leveraging our in-house expertise to win deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with new client acquisition.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex solutions.
• Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: generate and develop new business opportunities in designated region, including occasional trade fairs.
• Technical and Commercial Solutions: provide tailored technical and commercial solution support to clients.
• Frequent Travel: travel ~3 days per week with overnight stays; occasional trips to Belgium.
• Opportunity Management: track and manage opportunities in Salesforce with regular follow-ups at various levels.
• Quotation Management: collaborate with Internal Sales to prepare and present offers.
