Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track PCOGS requests throughout the approval process, ensuring compliance with established policies and timelines.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve process discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
• Consolidate and analyze large business datasets to prepare regular and ad hoc reports on project costs, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Support field delivery operations, including quarterly backlog reporting, profit and loss (P&L) tracking, and revenue forecast updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the PCOGS approval workflow.
• Communicate findings clearly and prepare presentations, summaries, and process documentation for stakeholders.
