GlaxoSmithKline seeks an Order To Cash Americas Regional Operational Lead to oversee end-to-end O2C operations, drive performance, and manage cross-functional stakeholders. The role emphasizes SAP O2C capabilities, process improvements, and governance across markets.

The candidate will lead O2C teams, ensure adherence to SOPs/LSOPs, and collaborate with Finance, Tech, and external partners to maintain service quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in end-to-end O2C operations.
• Hands-on SAP O2C user experience (FSCM Disputes, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application).
• Experience leading front-line operational teams and/or project teams.
• Experience with SOP/LSOP and internal control frameworks (ICFW) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O2C operations for assigned markets, ensuring KPI and SLA adherence.
• Lead, coach and develop O2C teams and ensure workload balance.
• Embed changes defined by the O2C GPO and FRMC across processes and systems.
• Act as primary operations contact with LOC Finance, Customer Services, Treasury, and C&C.
