Job summary

Infor Inc. seeks an Operations Analyst with French to join the Infor Consulting Services team in Wroclaw.

You will support Professional Services projects across their lifecycle, coordinating with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to ensure accurate setup and efficient delivery. You will gain exposure to multiple business areas, analyze data, and help optimize operations using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French at least B2 in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain projects in Infor systems based on customer contracts and sales opportunities.
• Support project administration throughout the project lifecycle with Project Managers and Finance.
• Assist with project billing and invoicing to ensure accurate financial processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor data quality and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
• Work with reports and operational data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including AI and automation tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting Professional Services projects throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams, you'll help ensure projects are set up accurately, managed efficiently, and delivered successfully.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent English and French (minimum B2 level in both written and spoken communication)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: (working with large datasets, creating and using Pivot Tables, applying formulas for analysis and reporting, basic data manipulation and reporting activities)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Finance Support, Shared Services, Customer Support, or a similar business environment
• Experience working with systems such as Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or other business applications
• Experience using data and reports to support operational activities
• Exposure to project-based environments would be beneficial
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or process automation is a plus
