Job summary

Primient is seeking a Financial Analyst, Finance Operations in Lodz, Poland to support FP&A processes, budgeting, and variance analysis while contributing to the rollout of a new EPM system. The role requires collaboration with finance and operations to ensure accurate financial representation of manufacturing performance.

Successful candidate will improve FP&A processes, build and maintain data sources, and provide decision support using analytics and sensitivities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and/or Accounting is required.
• 2+ years in Accounting/Finance roles, preferably Plant Finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain month-end reporting processes.
• Provide analysis of manufacturing performance and variance analysis.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Prepare management presentations and management packs.
