Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a Global Internal Audit Manager - Operations to lead audits across manufacturing, maintenance, energy, QA/QC, and logistics. The role requires strong process controls, risk management, and cross-functional leadership in a global, multi-site setting.

You will drive audit strategy, collaborate with senior management, and oversee audits of ERP and OT systems while traveling as needed to support IA objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management in operational environments.
• Experience auditing manufacturing, maintenance, energy, quality assurance, and inventories.
• Willingness to travel worldwide as per IA needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal audit function across operational areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and risk controls.
• Develop and implement audit strategy for manufacturing, maintenance, energy, and quality assurance.
• Manage multiple audits across production, maintenance, energy, and quality control.
• Collaborate with senior management and external auditors to align with corporate goals.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory trends.
