Job summary

Fersa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Auto AFM for Poland and the Baltic States. You will drive field sales, visit customers across Poland and the Baltic region, and promote Fersa products through distributors and end users.

You will collect market insights, feed pricing and product requirements back to Product Management and R&D, and help shape regional strategy. The role requires extensive travel, strong English and Polish, and flexibility to work from Katowice or home office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales or key account management.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across Poland and Baltic States.
• Strong commercial acumen with price negotiation experience.
• Able to discuss product applications and specifications with customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with independent territory management.
• Fluent Polish and strong English skills.
• Office in Katowice or remote/home-based work.

Responsibilities

• Travel 70-80% of time to visit distributors, end users, and decision-makers in person.
• Conduct joint visits with distributors’ sales reps and promote Fersa products.
• Deliver product presentations, technical briefings, and brand campaigns.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key contacts.
• Report market prices, trends and customer targets to the commercial team.
• Analyze customer potential and fleet data to identify upsell opportunities.
• Gather technical requirements and relay feedback to PM/R&D.
• Track activity metrics and pipeline in the CRM; share best practices.
