Job summary

Contec – Industrial Automation Solutions is expanding its Sales team in Poland and seeks a Business Area Sales Manager/Engineer. You will drive sales results for a defined region, maintain key customer relationships, and develop new ecosystems while coordinating quotations, orders, and project support across engineering teams.

The role requires a technical degree, strong knowledge of automation, fluent Polish and English, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of one or more branches within industrial automation.
• Able to read and interpret specifications.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers or colleagues to gather information for competitive offers.
• Organised, stress-resistant and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales results of a geographic area or industry sector.
• Follow-up with existing clients and develop optimal customer relationships.
• Develop strategic plans for new customers and ecosystems.
• Lead negotiations with end customers on quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and verify incoming orders.
• Provide feedback on marketing activities and trade fairs.
• Participate in the entire sales process of Contec group.
• Suggest improvements for processes and resources.
• Prepare tailor-made quotations for automation projects.
