Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Regional AI Run Lead who sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering.

This senior role requires personally shipping AI-native delivery across geographies and directly engaging in client work. You will build a lean, embedded team (4–5 people), scale AI-native delivery across live accounts, shape SOW/RFP structures, and advance the global AI-native delivery framework with reusable assets and measurable client

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-native delivery across regions.
• Experience shaping commercial structures for large engagements (SOWs, RFPs, managed-output).
• Track record of building or scaling delivery accelerators or engineering platforms across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional AI maturity and map delivery centers' capabilities.
• Scale AI-native delivery across live accounts and capture reusable patterns.
• Drive commercial enablement in RFPs/renewals and optimize project margins.
• Build and deploy AI-native capacity via enablement cohorts; nurture regional talent networks.
• Lead a lean cross-location core team delivering lighthouse projects.
