Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Regional AI Run Lead to unite delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering across Poland. The role demands a senior, production-facing leader who has shipped AI-native delivery and will own regional AI maturity while remaining engaged in client work.

You will build a lean, embedded team of AI-native practitioners, collaborate across accounts, and drive measurable outcomes in revenue, margin and reusable assets for global AI-native delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership with hands-on AI-native delivery
• Experience shaping commercial structures for large engagements
• Experience operating across regions and large accounts

Responsibilities

• Own regional AI maturity and drive advanced AI-native delivery
• Scale AI-native delivery activation across live accounts
• Drive commercial enablement in RFPs and renewals
• Build and deploy AI-native engineering capacity and talent
• Lead a lean cross-location core team (4–5 people)
