Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Regional AI Run Lead who sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering.

This senior role requires personally shipping AI-native delivery across geographies and directly engaging in client work. You will build a lean, embedded team (4–5 people), scale AI-native delivery across live accounts, shape SOW/RFP structures, and advance the global AI-native delivery framework with reusable assets and measurable client

Job description

We are looking for a Regional AI Run Lead who operates at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering. This is a senior, production-facing role for a leader who has personally shipped AI-native delivery, not one who has only advised on it.
