Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a multilingual Talent Acquisition professional in Wrocław to lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles and relocation cases. You will craft compliant postings, optimize Taleo, and deliver positive candidate experiences in English and German while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex environment; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in German at B2/C1 level (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Coordinate TA ticketing queues and ensure timely responses.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through communication and engagement in German and English.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Global Mobility, and external vendors.
• Support offer request submissions and recruitment administration.
• Contribute to University Relations initiatives.
• Champion the Employee Referral Program.
