Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who fluently speaks German and English to support recruitment initiatives across Europe. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and deliver market insights to shape sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates while partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Identifying and engaging passive candidates, generating interest in new career opportunities.
• Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conducting talent mapping and providing market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends.
• Supporting Talent Acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German and English language skills (both required).
• Previous experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles will be a strong advantage.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills.
• Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.
