Job summary

Bergmen, a dynamic LED lighting solutions company in Poland, seeks an HR professional to lead recruitment, care for employees, support managers, and co-create modern personnel initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys people-centric work and shaping day-to-day culture.

You will publish job ads, manage end-to-end recruitment, onboard/offboard, strengthen employer branding, develop HR policies and training, and coordinate internal communications and employee events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment from ad to hire.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR processes.
• Proficiency in employer branding and policy creation.
• Effective collaboration with department managers.
• Strong onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Ability to coordinate training and internal communications.
• Experience with events planning and employee engagement.
• Fluent in at least two languages (French or English).
• Hold a valid B category driving licence.
• Experience selling to B2B clients in technical industries.

Your responsibilities

Publishing recruitment advertisements and conducting sourcing activities.

Independently managing recruitment processes at all levels.

Collaborating with managers to define job requirement specifications.

Organising and conducting interviews (telephone and face-to-face).

Employee onboarding and offboarding.

Building and strengthening the employer brand.

Creating and updating HR policies, career paths, and development activities.

Coordinating online and in-person training sessions.

Managing internal communication (newsletters, posters, infographics).

Organising employee events and initiatives.

Experience in technical industries (experience in the illuminated signage, interior design or furniture industries is welcome)

At least 2 years of experience in direct sales within the B2B channel

Proficiency in 2 foreign languages to a level allowing for fluent business communication; in particular French or English

Experience in working with clients such as: illuminated signage manufacturers, interior designers, architects is welcome

Independence, commitment and consistency in actions

Ability to plan and organise own work

Ease in establishing and maintaining business relationships

High personal culture and business ethics

Active driving licence, cat. B
