Job summary

DEKRA Praca is hiring for a recruitment role at our new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and help build effective hiring strategies aligned with our long-term goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with 5+ years for senior-level roles, and strong German and English language skills. You will collaborate with an international team and contribute to strategic HR projects in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience for a senior-level position.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in German and English are required.
• Strong sense of accountability and be action-oriented.
• Ability to plan and align activities, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, maintain a strong customer focus, and continuously optimize work processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs align with client’s long-term strategy.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Create job descriptions, source applicants, compile lists of suitable candidates, interview and hire.
• Provide short-listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to create and implement end-to-end hiring processes.
• Provide feedback on Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and programs to Talent Acquisition CoE.
• Input for HR Ops knowledge base.”

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are being met with client's long-term strategy;
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search for specialty roles) to build pipelines for potential applicants;
• Create job description, source applicants, compile lists of most-suitable candidates, interview and hire candidates;
• Provide short-listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to create and implement end-to-end hiring processes
• Provide feedback on Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and programs to Talent Acquisition CoE
• Provide input for HR Ops knowledge base (wiki or similar systems)
