Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Warsaw is seeking a highly organised Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Capital team. You will support graduates and interns across Germany and Austria, coordinating timelines, interviews, and onboarding in a fast-paced international setting.

This entry-level role requires strong communication, top-notch organization, and a proactive attitude. You’ll work with recruiters, hiring managers, assistants, and HR systems to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting graduate, intern, or early careers recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with MS Office; HR systems knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing CVs and supporting candidate screening.
• Coordinating interviews and assessment centres across stakeholders.
• Managing candidate communications and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and onboarding activities.
• Maintaining recruitment data in Workday and other systems.
• Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs and HR Operations.
• Supporting campus recruitment initiatives and special projects.

What you'll be doing:

As part of our Entry-Level Recruitment team, you'll play a key role throughout the recruitment journey by:

• Reviewing CVs and supporting candidate screening
• Coordinating interviews and assessment centres across multiple stakeholders
• Managing candidate communications and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and supporting onboarding activities
• Maintaining recruitment data within Workday and other systems
• Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants and HR Operations
• Supporting campus recruitment initiatives and special recruitment projects

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and is eager to build a career in talent acquisition.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Up to 2 years' experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Experience of supporting graduate, intern or early careers recruitment is an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• German language skills would be a plus, but are not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Additional experience of using Workday, or another HR system, is also a plus
