We are currently looking to appoint a Recruiter in our Polish office. This role will be based in Szczecin and will be responsible for ensuring fast turnaround during the recruitment of Wind Turbine Technicians. Working as part of our Global HR Team, the Recruiter will support continuous improvement of all talent acquisition processes and activities, acting as a driver and coordinator of recruitment arising from sales opportunities and operational requirements.
Responsibilities include actively recruiting, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing recruitment processes, and promoting employer branding. The role is accountable for developing, maintaining, and actively managing our candidate database; processing online applications, leveraging social media and advertising campaigns, and ensuring an up‑to‑date shortlist of qualified candidates with the appropriate skills and experience in the wind sector.
