Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is expanding its talent delivery team to support a high volume, international client account. We're looking for 2 to 3 proactive Recruitment Consultants to join us immediately on a dedicated delivery basis, based in the UK or Poland.

What You Will Actually Do

• Manage full lifecycle sourcing and screening for cross functional roles across EMEA
• Direct source candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases
• Conduct initial interviews and competency based screenings to evaluate role fit
• Submit qualified candidate shortlists directly to hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage stakeholder feedback loops
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and data hygiene within the ATS

• Professional fluency in English required, additional European languages such as Polish, German, or French are a strong advantage

What You Bring

• A proven track record in talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or RPO and delivery environments
• Based in either the UK or Poland, with valid right to work status
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across cross functional, EMEA based roles
• Comfortable managing high volume requisitions and stakeholder feedback loops
