Job summary

Alstom in Toruń is seeking a Warranty Service Engineer to diagnose and troubleshoot locomotive issues under warranty. You will coordinate repair activities, perform inspections and testing, and maintain thorough service documentation.

Qualifications

Fluent Polish is required.
English level B2 or higher for stakeholder communication.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical docs.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Technical education in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot locomotive issues during the warranty period.
Provide technical support to service team and coordinate repairs.
Perform inspections, functional testing, and failure analysis.
Maintain service documentation and record faults.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Project teams; suppliers and customers.
Work daily in the Toruń workshop and travel to customer sites as needed.
