Job summary

Alstom poszukuje pełnoetatowego Inżyniera Serwisu Gwarancyjnego do Torunia. Będziesz diagnozować i rozwiązywać problemy techniczne w lokomotywach w okresie gwarancyjnym oraz wspierać zespół serwisowy w naprawach i koordynacji prac.

Wymagane jest doświadczenie techniczne, znajomość schematów i dokumentacji, a także komunikatywna znajomość polskiego i angielskiego. Gotowość do podróży służbowych i pracy w terenie oraz praca w jednym z centrów serwisowych Alstom.

Qualifications

• Wymagane wykształcenie techniczne z zakresu E/E/mechatroniki lub pokrewne.
• Znajomość schematów elektrycznych lub dokumentacji technicznej.
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego na co najmniej poziomie B2/C2.

Responsibilities

• Diagnozowanie i diagnozowanie usterek technicznych w lokomotywach w okresie gwarancyjnym.
• Wsparcie techniczne dla zespołu serwisowego i koordynacja napraw.
• Wykonywanie przeglądów, testów funkcjonalnych i analiz awaryjnych.
• Prowadzenie dokumentacji serwisowej i rejestrowanie usterek w systemach.
• Współpraca z działami inżynierii, jakości, projektów, dostawcami i klientami; podróże służbowe i praca w terenie.

We have a diverse team with people from various backgrounds, and a great team spirit in place, waiting for you to join them: don't wait, apply today!**We’ll look to you for:*** Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in locomotives during the warranty period* Provide technical support to the service team and coordinate repair activities* Perform inspections, functional testing, and failure analysis* Maintain service documentation and record faults in relevant systems* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Project teams, as well as suppliers and customers* Work daily in the technical workshop in Toruń, combined with service visits to customer sites and other locations as required.**All about you**We value passion and attitude over experience.
