Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY SWEDEN AB is seeking a strategic Quality leader to drive Quality excellence and Continuous Improvement across a multifaceted software organization. You will lead the Quality and CI function, develop a strong quality culture, champion the Voice of the Customer, and ensure sustainable performance through governance, systems, processes and people development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement and operational leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, auditing and certification processes.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and systematic problem solving.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality and CI function including capability development and succession planning.
• Establish, maintain and improve the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Act as the customer advocate by driving Voice of Customer processes and responding to feedback and quality concerns.
• Manage audits, certifications, corrective actions and preventive actions across the Operating Unit.
• Drive data-driven quality performance, risk management and process excellence initiatives.
• Lead CI deployment using Lighthouse, Lean Six Sigma, Ochibo-Hiroi and Lessons Learned methodologies.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Projects, Technology and Supply Chain teams to improve performance.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs related to quality, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
