• Experience leading quality in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy equipment environments.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma background with proven results.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Experience influencing factory leadership and working in matrix organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the regional quality strategy across Europe in alignment with business priorities.
• Lead and develop quality professionals across multiple product lines and locations.
• Partner with factory leadership to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
