Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Software Governance & Quality Specialist to define and drive software quality initiatives across R&D product lines. You will coach teams, shape end-to-end quality governance, and ensure alignment with standards throughout the development lifecycle.

You will lead reviews, promote best practices, and advance tooling like test automation and static analysis, while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in software engineering or closely related field with substantial experience in complex software development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software quality improvement initiatives across multiple teams and define quality standards.
• Strong understanding of test automation, static analysis, coding standards, and metrics-driven quality management.

Responsibilities
