This hybrid role is based in our Warsaw office (2 days per month) and offers ownership from idea through testing to production. You will design and implement complex solutions using Python and cloud services, collaborating with specialists to deliver reliable services. The role requires 2+ years of Python experience and familiarity with frameworks such as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• Hands-on with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Experience with cloud technologies and databases.
• Good written and verbal communication; agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to design and implement complex solutions within the team’s problem domain
• Take full ownership of a product, from development and testing through to deployment
• Scope and estimate new work carefully, and follow through on commitments
• Build services and components using modern frameworks, tools, and cloud services
• Spot and flag risks, ambiguity, complexity, and dependencies early
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as usability, cloud automation, and service reliability
• Share technical knowledge, patterns, and good practices with the wider team
• Review code and give constructive feedback to teammates
