Zusammenfassung

Sowelo Consulting in Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer to design and own AI-enabled services from concept to production. The role is hybrid (2 days per month in-office) and focuses on onboarding retailers, testing workflows, and turning ideas into reliable services.

You will work with Python, cloud technologies, and modern frameworks, taking ownership from development through deployment, reviewing code, and sharing best practices with the team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience with Python, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Comfortable working across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and protocols, such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or MCP.
• A track record of writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code that follows best practices.
• Practical experience building applications of varied scope, where good judgment and problem-solving are key.
• A good understanding of agile development.
• Strong communication skills, including proactively sharing progress and risks with the team.
• The ability to manage several tasks at once.

• Take full ownership of a product, from development and testing through to deployment.
• Scope and estimate new work carefully, and follow through on commitments.
• Build services and components using modern frameworks, tools, and cloud services.

• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as usability, cloud automation, and service reliability.
• Share technical knowledge, patterns, and good practices with the wider team.
• Review code and give constructive feedback to teammates.
