Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a proactive Senior Software Engineer in Poland to blend Python development with cloud engineering and AI-assisted practices. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders, designing architectures, building applications, and continuously adopting new technologies to deliver impactful results.

You’ll engage in design choices, implement scalable software, and leverage AI to accelerate development while maintaining high quality and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate software development and debugging.
• Hands-on cloud deployment on at least one major platform (Azure preferred).
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable architecture and designs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead client discussions and align teams.
• High accountability and proactive ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and make architectural decisions for high-level and low-level components.
• Design, build, and maintain software applications using Python and modern practices.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to improve coding efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive technical alignment.
• Move projects forward independently while respecting architectural constraints and standards.
