Job summary

HeadHR in Wrocław is seeking a talented software engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture. You will lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of robust software outcomes.

Hit a hybrid work model in Wrocław with at least three days in the office and contribute to building API-driven data pipelines, AI integrations, and enterprise platform components while mentoring teammates and promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python for scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data.
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components, including data pipelines, transformations, and validation.
• Experience delivering or integrating AI and ML-enabled solutions in production or near-production environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture.
