Ищем опытного Python‑разработчика (Django/FastAPI) с AWS‑опытом и навыками AI‑разработки на уровне предприятия. Требуется английский не ниже B2, участие в полном цикле разработки, менторство и активное участие в встречах команды.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет hands-on веб‑разработки и опыт работы в продакшн‑проектах.
• Глубокие знания Python и асинхронного программирования (Asyncio).
• Опыт Django и/или FastAPI; практический AWS.
• Опыт разработки AI‑помогаемых решений на уровне предприятия.
• Понимание архитектуры ПО и паттернов проектирования.
• Английский не ниже B2.
• Желателен опыт проектирования микросервисов и TS/React.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать надёжные, масштабируемые решения и поставлять качественный код.
• Участвовать во всём цикле разработки: логику приложения, архитектуру и фичи.
• Участвовать в скрам‑собраниях, демо‑сессиях и Idea Talks.
• Вкладываться в оценку задач, планирование и roadmaps.
• Проводить code reviews и писать тесты.
• Поддерживать интеграцию новых технологий и лучшие инженерные практики.
• Опционально участвовать в технических интервью.
• Менторить членов команды.
• Вносить вклад в dev2dev‑сессии и внешние митапы.

Задачи:

• Develop reliable, scalable solutions with a focus on high-quality, production-ready code
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including application logic, architecture, and feature implementation
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks
• Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and roadmap discussions
• Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive test coverage
• Support the continuous integration of new technologies and engineering best practices
• Optionally participate in technical interviews
• Mentor team members
• Contribute to dev2dev sessions or external meetups

Требования:

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in core Python and asynchronous programming with Asyncio
• Deep hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI
• Practical experience with AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted software development at enterprise scale, including Claude, AI-powered coding workflows, and SDD
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Nice to have: practical experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems, ability to implement features end-to-end using TypeScript/React
