Qualifications

• 4+ года практического опыта веб‑разработки.
• Сильное владение Python и асинхронным программированием (Asyncio).
• Глубокий опыт Django и/или FastAPI.
• Практический опыт AWS.
• Опыт разработки AI‑подобного ПО на корпоративном уровне (Claude, AI‑помощь кодинга, SDD).
• Понимание архитектуры ПО и шаблонов проектирования.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2.
• Желателен опыт проектирования микросервисов и распределённых систем; владение TypeScript/React.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать надёжные, масштабируемые решения с качественным продакшн‑кодом.
• Участвовать во всём цикле разработки, включая логику приложения, архитектуру и реализацию фич.
• Участвовать в Scrum‑церемониях, демонстрациях и Idea Talks.
• Вносить вклад в оценку проектов, техническое планирование и обсуждение дорожной карты.
• Проводить ревью кода и писать полноценно покрытые тестами.
• Поддерживать внедрение новых технологий и лучших практик в инженерии.
• При возможности участвовать в технических интервью, наставлять коллег и выступать на dev2dev/встречах.

Задачи:

• Develop reliable, scalable solutions with a focus on high-quality, production-ready code;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including application logic, architecture, and feature implementation;
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks;
• Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and roadmap discussions;
• Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive test coverage;
• Support the continuous integration of new technologies and engineering best practices;
• Optionally participate in technical interviews, mentor team members, and contribute to dev2dev sessions or external meetups.

Требования:

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in web development;
• Strong proficiency in core Python and asynchronous programming with Asyncio;
• Deep hands‑on experience with Django and/or FastAPI;
• Solid practical experience with AWS;
• Experience with AI-assisted software development at enterprise scale, including Claude, AI-powered coding workflows, and SDD;
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: practical experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems, ability to implement features end-to-end using TypeScript/React.
