Задачи включают выявление возможностей автоматизации SDLC, исследование и подбор AI-инструментов, построение и интеграцию AI-рабочих процессов, запуск пилотов и поддержку внедрения через обучение и документацию.

Qualifications

• Высокий уровень разработки на коммерческих проектах.
• Глубокое понимание полного цикла разработки ПО (SDLC).
• Практический опыт внедрения AI-агентов и рабочих процессов.
• Опыт работы с Spec-Driven Development в реальных проектах.
• Умение интегрировать Git, issue trackers и инструменты ИИ.
• Свободное владение русским языком для повседневной коммуникации.

Responsibilities

• Определять возможности автоматизации SDLC и превращать их в практические рабочие процессы.
• Исследовать и сравнивать AI-инструменты, сервисы и подходы.
• Соединять AI-решения с инструментарием разработки и поставки.
• Пилотировать проекты на реальных задачах, собирать обратную связь и исправлять недостатки.
• Поддерживать внедрение через документацию и обучающие материалы.
• Отслеживать Adoption через Delivery data и улучшать процессы.
• Переводить проверенные подходы в повторяемые практики совместно с командами.

Описание:

Vention drives AI transformation across the software development lifecycle in large-scale enterprise environments. Its AI Forge platform combines delivery visibility with AI agents, spec-driven workflows, and integrations for software development and delivery tools.

Задачи:

• Identify opportunities for AI automation across the SDLC and turn them into practical workflows for real projects;
• Research, compare, and recommend AI tools, agents, services, and SDD approaches such as BMAD and SpecKit;
• Build, configure, test, and integrate AI-enabled workflows across the software delivery toolchain;
• Run pilots on real projects, gather feedback, resolve gaps, and improve solutions before wider rollout;
• Support team adoption through onboarding plans, operating processes, documentation, and practical guidance;
• Track adoption and effectiveness using delivery data, including cycle time and rework, and refine workflows based on results;
• Turn proven approaches and emerging technologies into reusable delivery capabilities with R&D and project teams.

Требования:

• Senior-level software engineering experience on commercial projects;
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and the relationships between its stages;
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents and AI-enabled developer workflows;
• Practical experience with Spec-Driven Development in real delivery environments;
• Experience integrating Git, issue trackers, AI coding tools, design, or test management systems;
• Ability to evaluate new technologies, make practical trade-offs, run pilots, and turn successful experiments into repeatable practices across teams;
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the team;
• Nice to have: BMAD, SpecKit, or similar frameworks.
