Job summary

Vention приглашает опытного разработчика на Ruby для участия в создании масштабируемых решений и поддержании качественного кода. Ваша роль включает полный цикл разработки, работу с бэк- и фронтенд-логикой и тесное взаимодействие с командой на SCRUM-мероприятиях.

Требуется 3+ года опыта Ruby, знание PostgreSQL и MongoDB, фронтенд-стек HTML/CSS/TypeScript/Vue.js или React, а также опыт RSpec/Cucumber и уверенное владение англ. языком.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки на Ruby не менее 3 лет.
• Глубокое понимание Postgres и MongoDB.
• Фронтенд: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Vue.js или React.
• Опыт тестирования: RSpec, Cucumber.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2 и общение с клиентами.
• Опыт работы с инструментами AI для разработки.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать масштабируемые решения и поддерживать качественный код.
• Участвовать во всем цикле разработки от логики бизнеса до реализации фич.
• Совместно с командой участвовать в демо-сеансах и скрам-ритуалах.
• Оценивать задачи и планировать работу в соответствии с целями проекта.
• Проводить ревью кода и писать автоматические тесты.

• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business logic and feature implementation
• Collaborate with your team through demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and internal knowledge-sharing events like Idea Talks
• Support project estimation and planning to align development efforts with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
• Work on continuous technology integration to keep the product and stack up to date
• Optionally, engage in mentoring, technical interviews, or share your knowledge during internal or external dev meetups

Требования:

• At least 3 year of hands-on experience in software development with Ruby
• Solid understanding of databases such as Postgres and MongoDB
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Vue.js or React
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and Cucumber
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in communicating with English-speaking clients
• Strong experience with AI tools for agentic development
• A growth mindset and a passion for staying up to date with Ruby and industry best practices
