Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new distributors and wholesalers
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate interest
• Onboard and guide newly acquired merchants
• Ensure merchants are fully operational on the platform

Skills

Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B trading

Fluent in English and German (C1 minimum)

Strong outbound mindset

Excellent communication skills

High level of ownership

Tools

CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
