• Actively pursuing a degree and available for internship 30 hours per week.
• Strong English communication in a business environment (B2+).
• Polish written and spoken at least C1.
• German knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Team player in an international setting.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Quick learner with proactive problem solving.
• Flexible schedule balancing studies and internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to the ServiceNow Team on daily tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact for requestors; identify urgent requests.
• Collect feedback, analyze, group, and present results to stakeholders.
• Manage the order confirmation process, including automation.
• Cooperate with Purchasing Specialists and assist internal customers.
